I thought the mark of the beast will be world wide and you can't believe the Nation of Israel could force any nation to accept their mark if that's what you're saying ..

Its not world wide.
People read revelations and see TE word "earth "and they believe it means the entire world.But that Greek word couldbave been translated,kingdom,country,continent, or even a fenced in yard.
It also says he is given powers to feign over nations,tongues and peoples but that is a description if the people tat followed him into the promised land.
To my understanding ,this mark Wilde given to the Israelis within three years and corresponds to the time the gentile millitary shows up in jerusalem.

Obama and the US abstained for the first time ever and allowing a passage of anti-Israel vote in the UN , disgusting, then Trump says wait until Jan 20th and threatened to cut aid to the countries aligned against Israel , we were that close if Trump had not won .. Obama doomed the Israeli goverment by making the agreement with the leader Ali Khamenie.Now Khamenie is building a land bridge to Israel.He now has Iraq,Syria,and Lebanon in his back pocket.It has caused him to increase his power and status.It was a terrible agreement to make.

That is incorrect.
Scripture says that the mark is required to be able to buy and sell, not to pay taxes.
Rev 13:11-17 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.

He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

But that Greek word could have been translated,kingdom,country,continent, or even a fenced in yard.

"Could have been" is the worst possible concept on which to base any interpretation.
The translators are experts and they translated the word "γῆ" (gē") as earth.
I'll take the experts opinion over yours ever time.

I didn't say pay taxes.I said collect taxes.That is why the beast wants his kingdoms transactions monitored.To collect taxes.Everyone in his kingdom will be required to have the mark in order to buy or sell so pecan collect taxes.
