I went to a garage sale recently, so probably where this stemmed from. Journaling some of my dreams again though since I am not working and have a bit more time to process them.

5/30/25

I pulled into my boss’s driveway (well former boss. She was the administrator of the Christian preschool I worked at). She wasn’t outside, but thought I could still look at the stuff she was selling anyway, because I am looking for magnatiles for my son’s Birthday. They are so pricey! I didn’t find anything though and it all looked like junk to me, so I was going to leave. So then my boss came out and she gave me this deflated looking green thing. Only way to describe it. 🤣Then the odd part was I scooted over in the car to the passenger side, and she got into the drivers seat. I was talking to her about how I hadn’t been to a garage sale since I was in Texas. So then she pulled onto the freeway and we were going really fast down the freeway. I believe we were in Texas, because everything around me looked familiar going on, the Walmart/taco cabana/etc.

Ok, getting a few things...

For starters, Magnatiles looks like a pretty good toy if you can afford them. They're both creative and help with developing cognitive skills. Creatively they are open-ended (unlike models or puzzles) which is a good thing, IMO. Less boring, as it allows for the mind to roam.

2. Foster Creativity and Imagination

Meaningful Play with MAGNA-TILES sets encourages children to tap into their boundless imagination. Unlike toys with specific instructions or fixed narratives, MAGNA-TILES sets are open-ended. This means kids can create anything they can imagine, from futuristic cities to whimsical creatures. This freedom empowers them to think outside of the box, nurturing their creative thinking abilities. As they manipulate the tiles to bring their ideas to life, they learn to visualize concepts, problem-solve, and innovate – essential skills that extend far beyond playtime.

This dream suggests you may wish to have a friendly conversation with her about toys from the past which happened to do the same kinds of things. Stuff that wouldn't cost you an arm and a leg to purchase. She may know of some things, and/or how and where to get them.

The deflated thing may be some toy that's lost its appeal. But it might not take long (symbolized by the fast driving) for the two of you to look into some stuff from the past that was good.

What kind of deflated looking green thing, LoL. Give it a shot.

I want to say it was a green frog, only one of those wobbles with a spherical bottom. Didn’t have arms or legs.

Yeah, that sounds a little boring. Not something I'd cross land and sea to play with if I were a kid, LoL. :grumpy
