Thats an understatement. It was Reeeeally dumb. It didn't even make me laugh even once. Thats not good for a comedy.
I tihkn the problem was that they tried to make a comic strip into a movie. Movies need plots, comic strips don't work with a plot. Combine the two, and yuck.
