Gentiles

Yall do realize the Hebrews are gentiles right?

The Patriarch Abraham, the man from Ur, A Urian, a man of pure faith, God's friend, is a gentile?

Who sent his son Isaac back to his homeland to take a wife?

Isaac sent his son Jacob back there as well, where he took two wives, Rachael & Leah?

Not only was Abraham a gentile, his sons & grandsons are, and his sons & grandsons wives are as well.

Jacob the father of the 12 patriarchs, the man God named Israel is a gentile.

When one goes wants to go back to their Hebrew roots, this is the root, the purity of faith of a gentile man from Ur, the man named Abraham.

God Himself promised Abraham in Genesis 22 that He would make the sacrifice and promised to make him the father of a people so large they will be like the sands on the sea. God did, He is Faithful and True. Restoring us back to our true Hebrew roots, the purity of faith, through Christ.

We have come full circle, we are the people like the sand on the sea shore, restored to purity of faith of our father Abraham, through Christ. Whom Abraham knew and was glad to see because he was Christ's friend.

The complete Gospel is truly a beautiful and simple message.

Love God with all your heart, all your soul, & all your mind.
Believe and trust in Christ.
Love one another as Christ loved you.
Letting the Holy Spirit circumcise our hearts teaching us righteousness.

I believe the lost house of Israel, the people from the northern Kingdom that never returned to the land of Israel, think they are Gentiles and one day will be surprised to get the physical inheritance with the Jews. As a matter of fact, one of those tribes, i.e. Joseph, actually possesses the birthright in which the promise of many nations were given. Since the Jews never had the birthright explains why they never became a multitude of nations.

Christ is of the Jewish lineage, and many spiritual seed in Christ would also come making that as well a fulfillment of some of the promises to Abraham.

As you pointed out, the gentile mixture conjoining with the blood of Abraham's seed opens the gates for gentile inclusion, both physically in becoming many nations, and spiritual (although the promise of many nations is not in Christ, but many spiritual seed whom will rule the nations eventually). In both of God's chosen nations, we see that the line of Israel had gentile, and the line of Judah also had gentile (e.g. Christ's lineage)

Hope that makes sense, as I did excessive study on Abrahamic promises, genealogy, and how that resulted in both a physical seed of many nations, and spiritual seed in Christ to rule the nations (as Judah has the scepter).

Hi tim-from-pa,

I made this simple post for a reason. It holds a key tool for those who feel the need to witness to our brother Judah freeing him of the bondage of the leaven of the pharisees known as the Talmud. Christ testified vehemently against the teachings of the pharisee cult. Jesus knew what was going to happen. Jesus loves His brother Judah & wants him in His Kingdom. I have found that Moses & the Prophets are profound keys since they all preach Christ & is essential for witnessing to our brothers lost in the "Isms".

Mind if I correct you on one point though. Christ has the scepter & the staff now. Shiloh came. He is risen.

:)

De jure. But he does not reign at this time from the Davidic Throne which is an earthly throne. He is at the right hand of God the Father and all power is given unto him. But He has yet to take it de facto which is the purpose of His Second Coming to rule and reign. Right now wicked kingdoms of this earth are ruling, but one day all these Kingdoms will be given to Christ. He came the first time to seek and save that which is lost. He came to offer sacrifice for sin and to conquer that power by raising making Him qualified as the last Adam giving life. He would call those to be in His church to eventually rule and reign with him in the world to come.

This is why Jesus often told parables about a man going on a journey and letting the house to his servants until he returns.

Our messianic friends explain it pretty well.

First part,What does it matter?
I had no choice into what group of people I was born..
Second part, A-Men brother, I'm with you!

Their interpretation of Genesis 49:10 is questionable at best. The prophecy is talking about royal lineage, not the subject they had in mind.

To put it simply, there would always be a ruler on the throne from the tribe of Judah until Christ comes.

Now some people, like our Preterist friends, want to make that Christ's first coming. If I play along with that idea, then I have to ask what of the gap between King Zedekiah and Christ?

Now, I don't believe there was a gap as the ruling monarch no longer reigned in the land of Israel at Christ's coming, but over the lost house of Israel. But then that throne had to cease if Christ came and took it over. But that was not the case, actually.

Secondly, Shiloh will come again. And the "gathering" is obedience of the people. I don't see most people and nations today being obedient to Christ. As a matter of fact, if the church is all that's left, I predict extinction in the near future as I see it failing more and more over the years---- unless we are talking about supernatural intervention.

I believe Kingdoms means Kingdoms. It is not "above" or "in men's hearts" but a real kick-asteroid Kingdom of God that will one day take over all the rest. Like Jesus said, his Kingdom is not of this world. I'll say. It has a totally different, spiritual facet to the government that worldly, fleshy people don't understand, but people will one day understand it as it then becomes manifested in this present world.

This is why I always bring up the topic of the Hebrew calendar and the feasts of Jehovah. They are fulfilled in Christ and His work regarding the redemption of mankind. God did not put the OT feasts in the bible to watch Israel party 3 times a year, but to be foreshadowings of things to come as Paul stated.

You're now derailing this thread off topic.

The topic is about the beauty of the Gospel & how when looked at in completion helps witness Christ to those lost in the "Isms".
