Good article! And what are we being fed now in our processed foods? It's no wonder we're sicker and fatter than ever! Of course the Oba-mama government, medical establishment, healthoholics and other such agencies come back and present alarming articles about "obesity" and other health issues such as cancer as if it's the average guy's fault. Sure. Feed him poison, tell him its good for him, and then blame him when he's sicker and fatter than a walrus.

I'm telling folks out there now. Don't believe "good health" news. It's like the gospel. Most of it presents itself as true, but is false.
