Yes. If someone wasn't there they'd think it fiction. Pleased to meet you as well.

Maybe sometime you'll share some interesting stories with us? The Lounge would be a great place for that. Or if God's hand did something neat there's the sub-forum for testimonies.

I bought my first car from a family that had a business consulting on liquid propane explosions. They encountered some ... unusual events!

The Mother in that family was also one of the first women Deacons ordained in the Episcopal Church, and served in the congregation where I was Baptized as an infant.

The danger and catastrophic incidents have my sharing sealed due to confidentiality agreements with the corporate and nation interests who suffered the loss.

I can share in matters of surveying possible sites for off shore pipes and derrick in deep seas. Namely, having very up close encounters with creatures most only see on television.
Whales, dolphin, porpoise, Manta's. A giant octopus tried to give me a hug around my re-breather.
I saw a USO once. Underwater Swimming Object. It was actually a man in a research miniature submarine.
What a disappointment.

Worked with a man that brought recorded whale and dolphin songs to work. Dropped the transmitter down near where we were diving. I wished I had gills so I never had to surface.

Heh, I sailed over a basking shark when I was 12. Had no idea what type, but I could've reached out and grabbed the dorsal fin. While I was seated about 5' above the water, and could see the behemoth under the boat, which was 23'. No way that thing was less than 35'.

That was not exactly a KJV type prayer, lol

:lol
Could have been for the shark. Dear Lord, thank you for this meal I am about to receive.

Just so you know Selah, I think you speak English better than me lol! And that's the only language I speak. :lol
