Hello! You are from Sweden! Thank you for speaking English with us! We would say "can you talk about it with me".
I would like to talk about it with you! First, I am thinking why you have said that some people will sin when they do not yet know what sin is, then also you have said that some people may have a sickness that makes them do sin.
Are you able to give some examples? We could analyse the examples and look for patterns or causes.

well medication depression =maniac ( may masturbate )

low IQ= more chance of depression and violence.
Nobody is born with a mental (psychiatric) illness. Mental illnesses are spiritual infections: disorders of thought and perception. It takes time for a mind to become vulnerable to a behavioural/thought dysfunction and for an environment to learn how to trigger those behaviours in the individual.
Also, can you tell me what you would like to gain from talking about it?
You can be born with a physical impairment, but psychiatric illness is a disorder of thought/behaviour and spirit. No baby is born with depression, only into an environment that is prone to causing it.
