God wrote it, but we put it together.

I completely agree that God wrote the bible, BUT, who put the scriptures together into a book? Who had a very large and powerful war over what goes into the bible and what dosen't? Man. There is a reason why the bible doesent talk much of Jesus' childhood.

God was not the editor of the Bible. If you are protestant, then you realize that God let the Catholic Bible be made which the protestants don't fully agree with. If you are Catholic, you don't have the same Old Testament that the Jews have. If you are Mormon, you have another book that God didn't get inserted into the Bible. If you are gnostic, you want to switch out some books for others. If you are Muslim, you have a new book that superseeds the older ones.

In the end, there are many Bibles and they were decided by humans. For some reason, God doesn't want to seem to clarify which version of the Bible is the correct one.

Frankly speaking, God did not write the Bible. There were old manuscripts which were copies of what was thought of the writings of the Disciples of Lord Jesus Christ by those who developed the Bible Canon. They are collections of Spirit-Inspired Writings of different Authors which contain Moral and Spiritual Truths for the Spiritual edification of God's children according to the verse below -

2 Timothy 3:16 - All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Eusebius had employed Roman and Greek Copyists for this noble task. There could be some ommissions, deletions and interpolations while Copying, Compilation and Development of the Manuscripts. There could also be some Translation Errors while the English Bible was developed from the Greek and Hebrew Bibles.

BUT, who put the scriptures together into a book? Who had a very large and powerful war over what goes into the bible and what dosen't? Man.
The Christian Leaders (chiefly Eusebius of Ceasarea) in the 3rd and 4th Century A.D were the ones who developed the Bible for the benefit of their Churches in Rome under the rule of Emperor Constantine. The Lord Jesus Christ and His Disciples were not present on earth at that time in order to see that the work of developing the Bible could be carried out perfectly.

I highly recommend this site ( http://www.ntcanon.org/ ) for anyone who is interested in the Development of the Bible.

There is a reason why the bible doesent talk much of Jesus' childhood.
This is also one of the reasons one can say that the Bible does not contain everything although it is profitable for our spiritual development.
