And i might add that honey is great for health too:
Proverbs 24:
13 My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste:
Jeremiah 32:
22 And hast given them this land, which thou didst swear to their fathers to give them, a land flowing with milk and honey;
Milk is great for the person too, i believe that calcium in it improves the immune system.
