We are all called by God, and chosen. Yet many are called, and few chosen. The least lump of ore is the universe. The earth is taken from the ore as more refined. From the earth he calls the Judeo-Christian church and chooses the devout Jews and those calling themselves "Christian."

But the ore must be refined time and again for it's precious metals. Out of the ore Christ takes the Messianic Jews, the "devout" Christians and "the least" of the Christians.

Supposing our master has disposed of the ore--having mostly copper and very little refuse--our copper signifies our "devout" Christians & "devout" Messianic Jews. But why this refuse? Why these despised, these weak, these powerless, these poor, these rejected, these useless? Why this scum, this filth? We have our copper. Let's be rid of the refuse!

Most of the scum and filth will be duly discarded. But hidden in this refuse, like a silver nugget, our Lord takes out the choicest of those who are his. But silver is not perfectly pure; still from the silver, one or two morsels will be sent away. Here are the mysteries revealed of Isaiah 48:10, Mat 20:1-16, Mat 22:1-14, Mat 25:14-30, and the prodigal son, for there are those who are first who will be last and those who are last who will be first; and many are called but few chosen.
