What is God's purpose for the earth?

When Adan and Eve were still in Paradise, they received this God's given mandate: "God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." Gen 1:28

Because Adam and Eve sinned we lost a perfect world. Now God is recruiting people through Jesus who wants to love Him and live under His government.

This earth once again will be a paradise very soon. :angel:

I have always understood that God called everyone and saved those who chose to listen to His voice and accept Jesus. I don't think He calls only certain people to be saved.

Yes, He is recruiting those who love Him. They are the ones who will be with Him in His kingdom to live forever without any wars, strife, discord, hunger, sickness, greed, bullying etc.. In other words, a perfect world under perfect ruler.
