I agree...... kinda. A cubit is or should I say yours is approx. 18 inches the measurement from the elbow to the tip of the finger. We do not know whose cubit Samuel was referring. Were people bigger then? I don't know either especially with the hole in the ozone, global warming and climate change the cubit might have been 3 feet.

Scholars say in that region since egypt was close the Egyptian cubit was the common use.18 or 21 inches

Is the head still attached?

Look how the guy is not much taller than the head is long in the top picture, but not in the second picture.

Not sure, when I goggle it there are two pics and one shows stone in head the other does not.
same with those shown here the stone in the pic is protruding from head and should be seen in the other pic but is not???????????
I did read the cubit had two measurements depending where it was used 18 inch and 24 inch but neither would account for the pics shown here.
the top pic in op and the second do not appear as same size??????

I'd venture the pictures aren't of the same excavation.

First picture (smaller one, with 2 workers): The head is gigantic. The workers look like midgets compared to the head. On a project of this level, children would not be allowed to do any of the important work.

Second picture (with 3 workers): The head is in scale with the body, and the worker closest to the head is not midgetized by the size of the head.
