This thread is the counterpart to Mike's bad customer service thread. 
I will start by saying that recently I purchased a wireless adapter, but was having difficulty getting it to work on my computer. I tried all the troubleshooting and couldn't figure out the problem. When I called the 1-800 number I got a man in India who was just wonderful! His english was very clear, he was very patient, he was just excellent. His name was Manish..... so, great job, Manish!
