Had a couple of moments especially pleasant at home
dinners with my parents recently.
I’m increasingly grateful
for my new life in Christ. Healthy of sound mind and doing more each day with less fear…
Perfect love casts out all fear…
I’ll soon be 41. I was expected to be dead in a couple of years…20 years ago. God is Love.
My parents are healthy and doing well. A long term friend is visiting me at my place soon. My plants
are even thriving.
My long term counselor is retiring and I’m happy
for him. And for his wife. Time to head to the house 
…
I have a great view and I’m keeping my place quite clean
and organized. I’m discovering the joys of pre cleaning dishes before putting them in the dishwasher…baking soda fridge packs…regularly cleaning the washing machine…strawberry ice cream 
…cold brew coffee and tea at home …
