My fiancee and I live together and have been for a year and 7 months. Last month I was sooooo stressed out. I actually went to the ER b/c I couldnt' breathe and I had a borderline ulcer (keep in mind I am 20 in Feb) they told me I was too stressed.
My fiancee (Ryan) had a job working 40 hours 10$ an hour. That was our main source of income while I was working roughly 30 hours on $6.50 an hour and going to school.
Well, I was doing TERRIBLE in my college course b/c I DID not understand it. I got a 42% on my midterm and a 57% on my final.
Ryan lost his job........My money was our main source of income now and everyone knows that I don't make nearly enough to pay for all of our bills.
Then.....here is the mini miracle that happened. A few months ago, Ryan had bought a truck from a dealer and about 2 months later he got a letter from State Farm insurance saying that his truck was illegely sold becuase it was claimed salvaged I guess.
Right before Christmas Ryan checked the mail and what was in it? a $2,043 compensation check from State Farm. This really was miracle money because we didn't NEED IT (not dier need) but we were DESPERATE for it. I was stressing out so bad not having money. I know that money isnt everything, but when youre living on your own going to school it is a VERY important thing to have :-?
ANd.....I got my report card from my college.....Somehow I ended up with an 82% in the class!!!!! What a GREAT week!!!!
:-D
