Grey Hair

I seem to recall reading that chain smokers go grey earlier (and have more problems with thinning hair and straight up balding). I've also read that some B-vitamins are supposed to help delay greying. Then again...alternative health docs say all kinds of things with little, if any, data to back them up, lol.

Who cares. It's just a color. And besides, many men and women seriously rock grey hair...it just looks great on them. But if you're too self-conscious about it, there's always hair color products to cover it up. Lol.

Grey hair..... ? Hummm, I think I've heard of that.

I dunno. I dyed my hair a lot as a teenager, with disastrous results. I don't think I'll be putting stuff in my hair when it goes gray, although apparently a lot more men, % wise, are doing just that. As long as it doesn't fall out...

lol. My hair fell out at a young age. Shaved it for a couple years. Its now back and thicker than ever, weirdly enough. I looked weird with a shaved head, so I'm hoping my hair's here to stay.

My dad was 72 when he passed away. He had a full head of hair and some graying around the temples. He was a chain smoker.

Gary Obama's hair turned grey overnight

There IS kind of a resemblance......

Gary Obama's hair turned grey overnight

I noticed that too. I know he colors his hair. I've seen him with gray hair one day and a few days later his hair is solid black.

gary Obama, son of gary and Obama. don't ask how, just know there is a person called gary Obama with no grey hair.

Pro_16:31 The hoary head is a crown of glory, if it be found in the way of righteousness.

My hair is mostly dark yet and I'm going to be 56. No coloring for me. It's getting grey around the temples a little, the first to go. But otherwise I don't look like an ol' man yet!

If there's truth about the B-vitamins, then that may be my secret. I get lots and lots of them, and have been for the past 35 years.
