can you think of any failures that God used for your growth and ultimate benefit/overall good?

LOL.

I'm glad. Do you wanna share the generalities of it, or is that too personal?

Everyone has failures.
Part of being human.
Beauty from ashes or a rose out of a manure pile.

Pick any day and I've usually had a blend of failure and success. The choice to learn from it is mine. (I can be hard-headed)

My wife and I only child sudden death completely change everything about me instantly (2012). Our son was taken by the Lord early Sunday morning. The following early Sunday morning after our son's funeral on Saturday I had a encounter with Our Savior Lord Jesus Christ. He baptize me with fire; and all I want to do now is know Him, serve Him, honor Him, worship Him, and bring Him glory. I know I can't bring our son back, but I do know we will go to him and dwell with him in the house of the LORD forever.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
