1. Heat oven to 350°F. Remove ham from packaging and place flat side down in a 2-inch deep baking pan, fat side UP. Cover ham tightly with aluminum foil to help retain moisture.
2. Bake approximately 10 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 130°F.
3. Remove ham from oven. Let stand , covered, until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
(about 10 minutes), before slicing to serve.
