I'm still bummed by the poor treatment both of these great teams received from BCS. The combined record of BSU and TCU in the past two seasons is 49-4 with two of the losses to each other. Now, if each team had only weak schedules behind their wins, there would be some reason for the condescending attitudes of the so-called "big boys". But, the teams have proved themselves when paired with BCS teams. So, after each team scores an undefeated season, including wins against BCS teams, what is their reward? A post-holiday, worknight match up against each other. :bigfrown
So, I'll be watching the game alone tonight. Steve won't be home until probably the 3rd quarter, and his folks had to go into town today as well. I can't go to any of the Fiesta game parties because it's a school night.
Nonetheless, it will a great game. I'll make up some sandwiches and my kids and I will cheer on the Broncos! It will be good to win over TCU after last year's loss by a point.
