Harcourt Fenton Mudd cleared to take Senate seat.

Star Fleet admiral, James T. Kirk, stormed out of a congressional hearing yesterday, furious over their decision to allow Harvard Fenton Mudd to take his seat in the United States Senate. Mudd has just been elected by the state of Arizona to fill that seat. Kirk claims that Mudd is not who he says he is, but rather an alien who is up to no good. “I’ll turn Capitol Hill into a heap of rubble!†Kirk angrily shouted over his shoulder as he left the building. Star Fleet Command has relieved Kirk of his command while it investigates the matter.
 
“Kirk is a fine man,†Senator Mudd commented, when asked about the decision. “He’s just a little over worked. A nice vacation will turn him into a new man.â€
 
Mudd is said to be organizing a movement within the Senate to require the United States, and all of earth, to sever its ties with the United Federation of Planets. “We can no longer afford it,†says Mudd, “and our participation invites alien races to search us out and invade us.â€
 
I voted for Mudd.

Mudd wasnt just a coordinated as Itolochus.

I agree with Mudd that we should sever ties with the Federation. We have our own problems here on earth, we don't need to be sticking our nose into every intergalactic problem that arises. :clap
 
Popular Arizona Senator Harry Mudd isn’t saying yes and isn’t saying no to a possible presidential bid in the upcoming election. “It’s a little soon to tell,†he told a small crowd outside his home yesterday morning.
 
I think I saw on CNN or FOX News (I can't remember) that it is rumored that several woman have come forward (all named Stella) voicing displeasure at the prospect of Mudd's possible presidential candidacy.

A tear came to Senator Mudd’s eye when I mentioned his wife, Stella. “Stella is a saint of a woman, a literal saint,†he told me. He went on to explain that he had had her put into an insane asylum a few years back, and how occasionally she’ll escape and try to convince everyone that he is a con artist.

“It isn’t her fault!†he moaned. “She doesn’t know what she is doing. She is the finest woman in the universeâ€
 
Yes, but really his behavior with other women, especially since his supposed heartbreak about Stella, seems to indicate that this guy has a "bimbo" problem even bigger than Clinton's! :shame
 
Admiral James T. Kirk of Star Fleet publicly apologized for threatening remarks he made about Capitol Hill recently. Many took Kirk’s threat seriously, believing he intended to use a Star Fleet vessel to attack Capital Hill from the sky. “No such thing,†the admiral assured spectators at the press conference. “It was just a poor choice of words.†When asked what he thinks of Mudd now, Kirk replied, “Harry and I have shared a deep and warm friendship for many years. That hasn’t changed.†Star Fleet announced it will drop it’s investigation of Kirk and return him to active duty.

The president today signed a bill designating August 24 to be Stella Mudd’s Birthday, a national holiday. The legislation was introduced by the popular Senator Harry Mudd in honor of his beloved wife, who Mudd has confined in the Electric Shock Therapy Insane Asylum in Antarctica. At a news conference yesterday afternoon, Harry explained that his wife had an incurable mental condition, but then he broke down sobbing and had to be helped from the podium.

The Electronic Shock Insane Asylum is known to be an institution where high levels of electricity are repeatedly sent through patients’ body in an effort to modify their behavior, a humane way to treat Stella’s condition, according to Harry.

Admiral James T. Kirk will go on trial next week, charged with administering “cruel and inhumane punishment†to popular Senator Harry Mudd years ago, when Kirk was the captain of the starship Enterprise. According to Mudd, Kirk confined him to a faraway planet, continually harassed by an army of androids. Kirk maintains the purpose of the androids was to SERVE Mudd, who Kirk accuses of being a con artist. Mudd has stated that only with the greatest effort was he able to escape the planet, but Kirk counters that had he known Mudd was unhappy there, he would have allowed Mudd to hitch a ride anywhere in the galaxy.
