"noah" occurs 57 times in 50 verses in the NKJV,

Neither Mark nor John of the Gospels mention this.
Parousia mentioned twice concerning this event and is used only in Matthew 24 of the Gospels.
Matt uses the Gk word G142 in vs 39.

Matthew 24:
37 For even as the days of the Noah, thus also shall be being the parousia of the Son of Man
38 For as they were in those days before the flood, eating and drinking and marrying an giving in marriage
until of which day Noah entered into the Ark.
39 And not they know until came the flood came and takes away<142> all. Thus shall be being the parousia of the Son of Man

This event is shown in Luke 17. Luke uses "days" instead of "parousia" for the Son of Man..
The Gk word G622 is used in vs 27 instead of G142 as in Matt.

Luke 17:
26 And according as it became in the days of Noah thus it shall be also in the days of the Son of Man.
27 They ate, they drank, they married, they gave out in marriage,until which day Noah entered into the Ark and came the flood and destroys<622> all.

The phrase "Days of Noah" repeated in 2 Peter

1Pe 3:20 who formerly were disobedient, when once the Divine longsuffering waited[fn] in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.

It Appears Noah lived almost a 1000 yrs, as did his grandfather, Methuselah.....

Gen 9:29 So all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years; and he died.

Gen 5:27 So all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred and sixty-nine years; and he died.

They are both mentioned in Luke's genealogy:

Famines and pestilences were recorded going on toward the final years of the 1st century Jewish rebellion in Israel, including Jerusalem.

Matthew 24: 7 “For shall be being roused/raised<1453> nation against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
And there will be famines, pestilences<3061>, and quakings in various places. 8 “Yet all these beginning of sorrows/travails<5604>.”

Revelation 18:8 Thru this in one day shall be arriving<2240> Her blows<4127>, death and sorrow<3997> and famine<3042>. And in fire She shall be utterly burned<2618>, that strong Lord the GOD, the One judging Her.

Verses 42-51. - Practical exhortation drawn from the uncertainty of the last day: Watch. Verse 42. - Watch therefore. The end will be sudden, the final separation will be then completed; be ye therefore always prepared. Few exhortations are more frequently and impressively given than this of the duty and necessity of watchfulness. Of course, the Christian has to watch against many things - his own evil heart, temptation, the world, but most of all he must watch and be always looking for the coming of his Lord; for whether he be regarded as Redeemer, Deliverer, or Judge, he will come as a thief in the night. What hour.
Very many good manuscripts and some late editors read "on what day." This is probably the genuine reading, "hour" being an alteration derived from ver. 44. What (ποίᾳ) means of what kind or quality - whether sudden, immediate, or remote.

The following verses are mentioned only in Matt 24 and Luke 12 [absent in Mark]

One of the difficulties with harmonizing the 1st century Jerusalem/Temple discourse spoken of by Jesus in Matt 24 is the fact that one cannot just look at Mark 13 and Luke 21.

An instance where the exact same thing mentioned in Matt 24:43-44 and Mark 13:34-37 is spoken of in Luke 12:39-40.

Matthew 24:
43 and this know, that if the master of the house had known in what watch the thief doth come, he had watched, and not suffered his house to be broken through;
44 because of this also ye, become ye ready, because in what hour ye do not think, the Son of Man doth come.

Mark 13
35 watch ye, therefore, for ye have not known when the lord of the house doth come, at even, or at midnight, or at cock-crowing, or at the morning; 36 lest, having come suddenly, he may find you sleeping; 37 and what I say to you, I say to all, Watch.’

Luke 12:
43 and this know, that if the master of the house had known in what watch the thief doth come, he had watched, and not suffered his house to be broken through;
44 because of this also ye, become ye ready, because in what hour ye do not think, the Son of Man doth come.

These are the last verses of Matthew 24.
The whole 23rd and 24th chapter is directed at the 1st century Jewish audience, including the Rulers, before the final demise of the City, Temple and Priesthood in 70AD........
Jesus uses an interesting Gk word, G2962, in vs 45. I generally used for "Lord".
[Unlike the Gk word G1203, which is used for "owner/master"]

Luke 2:29 Now thou are loosing the bond-slave of Thee Owner/Master/despota <1203>! according as the declaration of Thee in Peace.
Revelation 6:10 And they cry out to a great voice saying "how long, the Owner/Master<1203> the Holy and True, not Thou are judging and avenging the blood of us from out of the ones homing upon the land?"

45 Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the Lord<2962> has put in charge of his household, to give the others their food at the proper time? 46 Blessed is that servant whose master returns and finds him doing his job. 47 Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions.48 But suppose that servant is wicked and says in his heart, ‘My master will be away a long time.’ 49 And he begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink<4095> with drunkards. 50 The master of that servant will come on a day he does not anticipate and at an hour he does not expect. 51 Then he will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing teeth
