has Jesus revealed the anti christ?

Well that is interesting, but see no reason to believe that is true. Unless there comes some kind of drastic change there is no reason to accept it as biblical. Obama does claim to be a Christian.

I am not saying Obama is or is not the antichrist. However his most obvious false claim to christianity does not rule him out. He may not be the ''antichrist'' but he is most definitely the most anti-Christ/ anti- Christian president we have ever had.

It would be nice if you would toss me some clues for saying that.

...what makes him "most definitely the most anti-Christ/ anti- Christian president we have ever had" ?

I know for a fact that Obama is not the antichrist. But he does appear to be the raiser of taxes that precedes the antichrist.

mdo757, and Tabasco Breath, where have you been the last 1 1/2 years? Obama refuse to speak at George Town University (a catholic collage) unless they covered all the pictures of Jesus,. He has multiple times denounced Christianity, and lifted up Islam as well as the gay agenda. He refused to have the white House to honor the day of prayer ect... the list goes on and on. I would assume you knew this?

I have not heard any of those things in the news. Do you have any links?

The "Obama refuse to speak at George Town University (a catholic collage) unless they covered all the pictures of Jesus" is false:

"The White House wanted a simple backdrop of flags and pipe and drape for the speech, consistent with what they've done for other policy speeches," she wrote. "Frankly, the pipe and drape wasn't high enough by itself to fully cover the IHS and cross above the GU seal and it seemed most respectful to have them covered so as not to be seen out of context."

I also noticed the Free Republic blog had photos comparing "before" and "after" depictions of the unfortunate monogram, which the university covered with what looks like a black cloth.

Not every Catholic institution would have caved to quite this extent. Victor Nakas, spokesman for Catholic University, e-mailed me to say several presidents have visited CUA and the most recent administration official to speak there was then-Vice President Dick Cheney.

"I can’t imagine, as the bishops’ university and the national university of the Catholic Church, that we would ever cover up our religious art or signage for any reason," Mr. Nakas wrote. "Our Catholic faith is integral to our identity as an institution of higher education.

I called the Rev. Thomas Reese, a senior fellow at the Woodstock Institute at Georgetown University, who was at the speech, as to what he thought.

"It is more for camera quality than anything else," he surmised. "They don't want distractions that would make the eye wander. I don't think this is motivated by theology, but by communications strategy."

I would love to see support where Obama has denounced the religion of Christianity, his very religion. Moreover, to simply recognize Islam as a religion or the rights not being afforded to Gays simply because they are Gay as being anti his own Christian religion? Seems to me he is just anti-intolerant

As far as not having a Whitehouse ceremony for the day of prayer, he is actually following routinely what most presidents have done:

“Before President Bush came along, the National Day of Prayer was largely a private affair among Presidents, however. The White House claims that there were no regular ceremonies honoring the day during the administrations of Reagan, Clinton and the first Bush. There were occasional gatherings, but National Day of Prayer ceremonies were not an annual thing.â€

I do not agree with everything Obama says or does, but it seems to me that things are being blown out of proportion. The man has enough trouble, why add to the problems? :twocents

Oh my. Why are Christian internet forums filled with such silliness? Nothing but paranoid thoughtless anger with conspiracies thrown in, hatred for academics, and belief in magic. Oh and endless debate about how your specific belief is the right one, but others might get to go to heaven if they agree with you that Roman Catholic church is a cult.

If that was true then he would be lucky to live one day. I think you are being to radical Watchman. If I do not feel like praying one day or attend a Sabbath gathering, that does not mean that I am no longer a Christian. In regards to images in the congregations, there is only one symbol appointed by God, and that is the 7 lampsticks.

Never said you weren't a Christ, nor did I say anything about certain images. Am i in the same thread as you and happy?
