Okay, this happened a long time ago, but that's okay. It's still awesome.

About 6 months after I was born, I was diagnosed with chronic idiopathic neutropenia, because my parents noticed I got sick a lot, and it would take me a while to recover. I was given a shot every day to keep me alive.

This disease reduces the amount of a certain type of white blood cell that fights infection in your body from about 3000 per square milliliter to less than 1500. A normal person has around three thousand. My family had been praying for me ever since they realized something was wrong. When I was eight, I had a routine blood test to see how things were. The results came back the next day - 5000 per square milliliter. I hope I don't have to remind you the normal is 3000. =D Of course it isn't 5000 all the time, but I think that it was God saying 'Yeah, that was Me.' =)

EDIT: Oh, and I have a prayer request too. The sister of someone in my youth group has a tumor right under her eye. It's cancerous. The doctors can't treat it until it's a certain size, but there's a possibility she'll go blind when it reaches that size too, so please pray for her, and her family too.

Dear Lord God, we come to you knowing that you are above us. You can heal this girl if it is your will. In Christ's name, Amen.
