healing with white light...?

hi i wonder if some one knows some technic for hand on healing?
i did some tests and it works fine dont need to belive in it just try and see for your self...
so...
try and see how white light comes down from the sky in to your body from head down to your feet
try to feel it how it comes in to your body but you must feel it not just thinking of it...
so...
try and you will see
