My name is Matthew and a long time Christian, although my faith has frequently wavered at times. I coverted to Mormonism when I was a teenager and left in my mid-20's where I embraced Reformed theology. Today, I've reconsidered my position. I'm not opposed to the idea of re-embracing Calvinism but for a little while I got into studying church history and was nearly misled into Roman Catholicism or Eastern Orthodoxy. I came to my senses but was still intrigued by the liturgy and the idea of tradition and even still I am considering Confessional Lutheranism. On the other hand, I know that what denomination I belong to is secondary to my faith in Christ.
