Hello - Introduction

Capt. Kirk

Hi.....I'm very computer-challenged, so I'm hoping my first post is done correctly. If not,
I'll try again.

This is Capt. Kirk (yes, William Shatner is the only true captain of the Enterprise) and I have been looking for a forum that isn't hyper-religious in nature. The Bible is such a wonderful book
and there are so many fascinating things to discuss, that it's perplexing when people latch onto
false doctrines or denominational fallacies. I'm hoping to hone my theology and correct any
errors that I have. Through interchange and exposure to others' faiths, perhaps I can help others
as they help me.

Hoping this post works.........

Just wanted to let you know I'm still laughing over your statement.

Isn't life grand?

A Treker!!!!! Use to be myself until I burned myself out after many of years of collecting. Had every single 3" character figures (approx. 100) in all the Star Treks, never opened, plus the 10" characters/with stands, and all the big starships, from Interprise to borg (they were really cool), all the main (12") characters/with stands of the first episoles of Star Trek in porceline, plus weapons, pins, Interprise phone, complete set of all Star Trek editions of the star ships and characters in porceline plates, etc. etc. When I sold them a couple of years ago, they filled the back of my hubby's truck, couldn't hardly get the lid down. My husband was so glad to see them go....and I cried inside....30 years is a long time to collect. Shhhhhhh don't tell my hubby, but I got the books stashed in the attic well hidden in boxes. :D

Welcome aboard Captain Kirk, I hope in Christ you enjoy your stay.....May your voyage live long and prosperous here with us. :salute God Bless!

Wow..

I was too young to really get into Star Trek.. But what I saw of the re-runs it looks nice! I would have loved to get into if had I not been to late..

Anyway, Welcome to CF.net!!!
