Hello

[Near]

Good day everyone, my name is Near. I'm 23 years old, I have a beautiful daughter and a wonderful boyfriend. I reside on the east coast of the United States of America. I'm a struggling artist and writer, I enjoy music and movies, and various other forms of art.

I was raised a Roman Catholic, but abandoned the Catholic sect of Christianity at the age of thirteen. I was never a religious person to begin with, instead of taking me to church my parents would take me to museums and bought me about every book and video on science.

The only religious influence I obtained at the time was going to sunday school, which needless to say, was forced upon me. As the years wore on, I questioned faith and religion more and more. Until at the age of twenty, I fully abandoned all religion and became a non-believer. Or Atheist as it were.

I do not hate those who follow a religion. It is what they believe, however, I am a debater and I enjoy questioning things. I do it with respect and civility.

I look forward to the discussions that I will have with the members on this forum.

I am also a Science fanatic.. though I have found evolution quite hilarious. (Oh and not to brag but instead to prove my background, I am the only one in my high school to ever score a perfect 100 on the state biology eoct so I know what I'm talking about.. lol.. )

I have asked my teachers questions that had them doubting evolution themselves..
