We are all familiar with how a Church typically incorporates under the 501(c)(3) laws and agrees to not conduct politics from the pulpit.
They also don't pay taxes.
I've heard very briefly about a different kind of Non-profit that may be more to my liking:
A 501(c)(4). They can not accept donations. I don't know much more but thought I'd put it out there just to see what you might show me.
Anybody?
Especially interested in the reply of 'Experience' to compare things like ease and cost of incorporation.
Thanks,
SparrowHawke
