No where, they're alive, so they don't need to be buried.

All the walls are facing south because the house it is built at the north pole...

The colour of the bear you see; well.. it looks white, as it is polar bear, but it's skin (underneath it's fur) is black.

Yes, you got them all.

1) a towel

2) you don't bury survivors

3) the bears are white (looking) because they are polar bears. This means you are in the north pole, and so any point from the north pole must be south. Therefore when your house is exactly in the middle of the north pole, every wall must face south.
