Hi Everyone my name is Levi and Im fron New Zealand and am a solo dad of four.
I've been alive by the Spirit of God for 12 years now. Just lately I have been feeling a strong calling of God on my life toward the third world.
I have somehow found myself in the Philippines twice over the last eight months, To be honest I have no idea how that happened as a man in my position very rarely gets a weekend off let alone weeks to travel to other countries (not to mention the finances involved
To cut a long story short, God has granted business for finance and given us people as connections to make an inroad into this particular nation.
The Philippines is a poverty stricken country that is 83% catholic, the real tragedy of this country is that despite the 'high profession of faith poverty sin abounds and the Gospel is just not shared there. Unfortunately the catholic church there is more interested in their main past time of collecting money to build monuments rather than building the loving body up and as a result the people are thirsting for the life giving waters, the fields are ripe for the harvest.

We are always looking for people who are keen to be giving of their time and themselves to help in an apostolic ministry of evangelism and church planting, we need to have all the gifts operating for this to happen effectively. (be warned though the people are friendly and the weather is great) seriously though the poverty can be hard to bear so come with an open yet guarded mind.
end plug!
I get a lot out of a good and Godly forum as 'iron sharpens iron' and water finds it's own level.
So I'm happy to be a member of this forum and I know it will be a blessing for the future.
