John 12:41 These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him.

Isaiah 6:3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.

John 12:38 That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?

John is saying that Isaiah is fulfilled in Jesus because the glory that Isaiah saw in Jehovah was Jesus. Why? John 12:37 But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him:

Isaiah 6:10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

Their disbelief in John 12:37 was also a fulfilment of Isaiah 6:10.

John 12:41 These things said Esaias (Isaiah), when he saw his glory, and spake of him.
John 12:42 Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess [him], lest they should be put out of the synagogue:
