Warren Jeffs has made the FBI's most wanted list. The reason I bring this up is that elsewhere on these boards have been claims that God talks to them or communicates with them directly to give guidance etc. Is that what is going on here as well or will it be blamed on Satan or could it be neither? Is it Gods voice when you agree with the outcome and Satans guidance when you don't. Remember that polygamy wasn't unheard of in the O/T nor the marriage of very young girls.So is the God of the O/T alive and well speaking through Jeffs?

well, by their fruits you will know them. It cannot be God if it urges the hearer to do things that are in contradiction to the local laws and not in contradiction with the natural laws. For instance, consuming alcohol is not against the natural law, but it is against US law under 21, so if the god was telling you to drink alcohol and you were under 21, then it isnt him. Romans says that the christian is to follow man's law where it does not contradict God's law because the governments were set over them.

Having lived in Utah for 8 years and hearing about the things that went on in these polygamist cults, i.e. murder, buildings being blown up, fueding, I can say without a doudt, NO!
