Hola!
I'm Dy from the Midwest. I've been lurking for a while and decided to finally come out of the closet if you will.

I'm a teenager. That's about it. Also, my entire views of life are pretty much summed up by this guy:

I work for Obama's Campaign for Change, and I hope people on here are open minded to my probably differing political views.

Ooopsh. I fail epically at life. Clicked post button too soon.

I'm also a volunteer with Human Right Campaign which is how I got into doing work for the Obama Campaign. I'm at the headquarters for Obama about twenty hours a week and I also go to school full time so the only time I'm home is from eight o'clock onwards. I won't post very much until the election is over, but I'll probably browse the forums and such.

Like I said before, I'm probably very different in my views from all of you. I do not attend a church--not because of rebellious reasons like it may seem but because I was raised Quaker and we don't do churches. I don't go to any sort of meeting house, and I don't follow any sort of prayer system. I believe in an accepting God and a loving God who is open minded to different beliefs.

Well, that' s me in a nutshell.
 
Hi, welcome to the board! While I'm not an Obama supporter, and you'll probably find some lively debate regarding him here, it's good to see a teen taking an interest in politics.
 
Welcome to the site. :D Just so you know, you're account has been activated, so you can now log in and post in other sections as well. One thing to remember, when you registered, the username was spelled with two Ts. :)
