It seems to me that very little discipline is being administered to the young.
I see children as either being ignored completely and left to their own devices.
This creates children that are spoiled and used to doing whatever it is they want to do.
Pride, egotism result. The two main gateways to sinning.
Or, too much is required of them...causing stress and anxiety when they want to please their parents.
So, what's the right way?
Is a parent a parent or is a parent a friend?
