You have had the mechanics of evolution explained to you by me and Barbarian several time. It is not impossible, it just conflicts with a literal Biblical narative. Which is why the grand majority of Biologists, chemists, and physicists tend to be agnostic or non literalist. The first week God created all kinds ,kinds reproduce after their kinds, God knew the number or hairs we have on our head, he created each kind with all the DNA information ever needed for each of the kinds to adapt and breed to subdue the Earth and all its diverse conditions .. There are no beneficial mutations, diversity of kinds was in the original DNA of each kind.. Evolution is not only a lie , it is impossible..
nah, I understand it just fine. You just don't understand the complexity of DNA ..
The problem with that is information has to mean something. One of the biggest annoyances I have with creation science is that nothing has a workable definition. In creation what is information?I think every finch on the Galapagos Islands had DNA information already included in that could breed out dominant or recessive traits bred to meet its environment, no evolution ..
Who said finches evolved into a tortoise? And I certainly don't think they had information or evolved into a tortoise , they are a different kind ..
Breeders isolate traits and breed for specific traits, but what you don’t seem to understand is the specific traits arose through mutation and breeders use a selection pleasure to weed out traits they don’t want. It works within the mechanics of evolution. That's what animal breeders do, they get variety of one kind through existing DNA genetic information, they don't ''evolve anything through mutation''

DNA doesnt function enough like code, its a sequence of protiens that react chemically. Weeding out traits is basicly just not allowing for mutations to take hold by not allowing the subject to breed. So it's not removing the trait from the DNA, but from the lineage. If you weed out certain traits...you lose information. You had asked "In creation what is information"? I would say one of the aspects of information is the code seen in DNA.
So you have never taken a biology class since first semester 101 you learn about duplication, deletion, and mutation in DNA replication and reproduction.Problem is, is that the mechanics of evolution doesn't seem to increase information contained with in the DNA code.

Yeah, it doesn't. It has similarities but it doesn't need a compiler and follows the laws of chemistry.DNA doesnt function enough like code? Really?
Yeah, it doesn't. It has similarities but it doesn't need a compiler and follows the laws of chemistry.
You are taking the code analogy way to literally. It is not necessarily instruction or telling anything to do anything. The whole code aspect is that based on sequencing in DNA different results but it all this functions via Chemistry. Protein sequences impact how a cell forms but doesn't direct say "form a cell".DNA contains a set of instruction that tells molecules how to become amino acids...then tells the amino acids how to become proteins...then tells the proteins how to become organelle...then instructs the organelle on how to carry out their task.

For example I could write a string in Python and run it through a compiler to get a result. DNA changes effect the organism's ability to function. Trying to define DNA like Code expands the definition to the point that putting baking soda into Vinegar is just like hitting return in a compiler.
The reason I’m denying anything is that you are over stretching an analogy ‘ DNA resembles code” and ignoring every point I make to clarify. If you feel like actually discussing this let me know.Wiki says:
"The genetic code is the set of rules by which information encoded within genetic material (DNA or mRNA sequences) is translated into proteins by living cells. Translation is accomplished by the ribosome, which links amino acids in an order specified by mRNA, using transfer RNA (tRNA) molecules to carry amino acids and to read the mRNA three nucleotides at a time. The genetic code is highly similar among all organisms and can be expressed in a simple table with 64 entries"
For you to deny DNA contains code....is absurd.

It's difficult to have a discussion with you when you deny DNA contains a code. What is the DNA syntac then?
What is it then?In fact DNA contains a second layer of information..or should we say a code within a code.
As to your points, I'm not ignoring them...I just don't downplay the code(s) contained in DNA like you do. [/Quote Give me an example of DNA code, as in write in the DNA language.
Did you forget that there is a thing called a coding language? It does directly tell the computer how to make a spreadsheet because it's a language.Above you said "Protein sequences impact how a cell forms but doesn't direct say "form a cell".".....I can just as easily say the code in your computer doesn't say..."make a spread sheet". There is lines of code that instruct your computer on how do make a spread sheet and present it on your screen......the info on the spread sheet is also a type of code....to be decoded by you.
what is the coplier, syntax, and language used by DNA in its code then?DNA is a code...and that code is decoded by genetic decoders and that information put to use.
