Apart from holiness acording to the law, Jews also believe in a righteousness apart from the law. Ironically, most Christians do not believe in righteousness; so there is no longer any means of communicating the way of Christ to fervent Jews.
But this is due to the modern bad doctrines that preach against obedience and righteousness. Most Christians preach a magic Jesus. Somehow they must wrap their minds around a God who has changed His mind about righteousness and holiness. They rightly see this approach as pagan and lawless. Unfortunately these false doctrines have painted Jesus Christ as the one being made in the image of evangelicals. We have lost our witness to the Jews because we embrace lawlessness to qualify our sinful selves.
A true Christian however, exceeds the law of righteousness by his holy walk in the Spirit. As Jesus said, our righteousness must exceed that of the Pharisees to enter the kingdom. This type of language is not even understood among evangelicals today. As soon as they hear the words obedience, law, or good works they cry "legalism!"
Christianity is supposed to be God obeying the laws through us in both Spirit and truth. Those around such a one will cry out...he is a saint....all that is except the blind religious believers who see that there is no such thing as goodness, righteousness and holiness. Strange it is that even atheists often see the truth before the religious ones.

So, can Jews be saved apart from believing that it is Jesus saving them?

The same way Muslims believe they can be saved ............ :biglol
bodhitharta said:None of them believe in Jesus, are they all going to hell?
According to statistics, 50% are saved.
The other 50% will probably suffer the same fate as Muslims , unless they turn to Jesus.
............... ........ ............ :amen

Does the Bible say "ALL ISRAEL will be saved"?
Tina said:bodhitharta said:Tina,
Does the Bible say "ALL ISRAEL will be saved"?
Romans 11:26
And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “ The Deliverer will come out of Zion, And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob"
Romans 9:27
Isaiah also cries out concerning Israel: “ Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, The remnant will be saved."
All true Israel shall be saved. The "all" Israel of Romans 11:26 is not about natural Israel but spiritual Israel. It is the remnant of true Israelites within the nation as a whole (Romans 9:27).
All of Romans 9:1-33 is an explanation of why Israel as a whole did not heed the word of God. They could not believe the word of God because they were not all Israel which were called Israel (Romans 9:6). From the standpoint of being natural descendants of Abraham and the external practice of religion, they were Israelites.
Although very religious and proud of their heritage, they had no real faith. In numbers, natural Israel was compared to the sand of the sea; yet only a remnant would be saved according to Romans 9:27. This is the "All Israel" spoken of in Romans 11:26 that shall be saved.
.
bodhitharta said:Where does it say that this remnant would belive in Christ? In-fact the bible says that they don't believe and will still be saved:
bodhitharta said:Romans 11:31-33 (King James Version)
32For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

Which verse ?
bodhitharta said:Romans 11:31-33 (King James Version)
32For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.
This verses explain that as everyone has been disobedient, Gentiles and Jews alike, so God will show mercy to all as well. That is, He will show mercy to all without distinction, not all without exception. And showing mercy without distinction does not mean salvation without belief in Christ. They will get their chance in the second resurrecton.
.
bodhitharta said:You say they will get their chance in the second resurrection but the verse I gave you doesn't say that does it? You can't just make things up to make yourself understand, where is the biblical proof! Show me some evidence of a second chance scenario and if that's the case then everyone will have this same second chance which is actually better and more reliable than the first chance because hindsight is 20/20 if someone raises me up and says "this is where you got it wrong" of course I would get it right then, it's like taking a quiz and then getting all the answers of course you won't fail with the answers.
Your gonna have to produce scripture.

Yom Kippur said:"Whoever says, 'I will sin, and then I will repent afterwards' is denied the opportunity to repent. And one who says, 'I will sin, and Yom Kippur will grant me atonement' - for such an individual, Yom Kippur does not atone.
The Day of Atonement only functions to grant atonement for sins commited between man and G-d. But for sins commited between man and his fellow, even Yom Kippur cannot atone... until the wronged man has been asked forgiveness and appeased.
Rabbi Akiva taught: 'Happy is your lot, Israel! For before whom do you purify yourselves, and who purifies you? Your Father in heaven, as the verse states (Ez. 36:25) I will sprinkle on you pure waters, and you shall be cleansed'." (Yoma 8, 9).
Here is a good Jewish article on what the Jews believe as far as the afterlife.bodhitharta said:How do Jews believe they can be saved? None of them believe in Jesus, are they all going to hell?

Read Zechariah 12 .. It is a prophecy about the Messiah’s return to defeat Israel’s enemies and establish His kingdom.
.
bodhitharta said:That has nothing to do with what I asked you to produce, read my post again please. Also, Zechariah 12:10 is figurative in relation to the nations who hurt Israel and just so you know:
10 And I will pour upon the house of David and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of grace and of supplications; and they shall look on me whom they pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for an only [son], and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for [his] firstborn.
Me and Him are not the same person and God is a spirit and can't be pierced this scripture describes the nations being punished for harming Israel not Jesus.
