I live near Portsmouth England. I have been a Christian most of my life, I accepted Christ into my life when i was about 14. I had a long period of rebellion and back sliding, but a huge traumatic shake up of my life about 7 years ago saw me return back to God.
Although I was brought up in a Baptist church , being taken by my mother since i was about 5 years old, I consider myself to be independant. I do not go for labels though and think that too much emphasis is played on denominational labels rather than Christ.
Today I attend a wonderful independant church that every Sunday is most definitely led by Holy Spirit etc. My church is more of a penticostal/charasmatic in style, but do not call ourselves this.
Anyway I think thats enought about me for now as I really want to now dive in with some serious posts on forums!
