How Important is Ministry?

I put secondary, but let me explain.

I think that living a holy and pleasing life before God should be the #1 priority of all Christians.

I say that because a lot of America thinks that Christians are hypocrites, that they don't "practice what they preach" and that they are a bunch of "holier than thou" selfish people.

I don't think a person has any business witnessing or being in a leadership position unless they are blameless before men.

Agreed. I just think that they should always go together. We call it a "walk" with Christ because we should always be growing.

I also believe that if we are maturing in Christ, we will have a deeper love for the ministry and the lost.
 
I think it's about being in such a tight close relationship with God until everything else just flows as a result of that.
When we have the relationship as top priority, (God) will birth the ministries.
I don't like programs, I like god's power working through individuals.

Thats when we have something to offer better than the world has.
