In this I mean how many conversions and subsequent baptisms, and assimilation into your particular credo do you believe your personal influence has guided?

Of course any true believer understands that the Holy Spirit is the one that convicts of sin and the necessary repentance and assimilation into Church culture, but ask this question to yourself in light of the fact that you were the main TOOL to convert the particular lost sheep......

In my eyes I have to set my self straight first, which can kinda take awhile.

You'll never know how many people you had a part in their salvation this side of Heaven. Even people who you "lead" to the Lord may not truly be saved. The emphasis should not be on how many you convert, but rather on hos many you share the Gospel with. The decision is the person's. You can't make it for them.

That's a very good answer, in my opinion- I would only add that I believe verbal sharing the gospel should always be combined with and predicated upon action that confirms the reliability of the message and the messenger.
