How much do first impressions say about a person? Should we judge someone based on our first impression of them? Or, should we take the time to really get to know a person? What is the Biblical way?

The Bible clearly says we are not to judge. First impressions are important but don't always count. The person could be having a bad day when you first met him/her. There are also people that give great first impressions but turn out to be wolves in sheep's clothing.
