[__ Science __ ] How Much Evidence Is There for Evolution?

It's something we see happening every day. AIG tends to confuse biological evolution with common descent, which is a consequence of evolution.

Here's the most damning confession by AIG:

Even if we presume that all the so-called evidence for evolution has not been satisfactorily dealt with, making the claim that the evidence favors evolution is not helpful to the man in the pew.

The idea that we should avoid the truth, if we think it isn't useful, is not a Christian idea. God is truth, and a Christian should never be afraid of the truth. The notion that believers are better off kept ignorant is very destructive to faith in God.

Dr. Wood has the level of faith that in incomprehensible to the person who wrote that AIG article.

No it's not. 70,000 generations of bacteria, and no new creatures or features.
Nobody sees animals turning into radically differen kinds.
Darwinian bioevo is a sham.

You were really misled about that. Dr. Barry Hall, for example, discovered the evolution of a new, irreducibly complex enzyme system in a culture of bacteria over a few weeks:

The Evolved β-Galactosidase System of Escherichia coli

Hall anticipated the evolution of a new enzyme, but after that, the culture evolved a regulator so that the enzyme would only be produced when the nutrient was present. It then became a three-part irreducibly complex system since the absence of any part of the system would make it inoperable.

Nobody sees animals turning into radically differen kinds.
There is abundant evidence for that in the fossil record, as even honest YE creationists admit. Perhaps you don't know what biological evolution is. What do you think it is?

Darwinian bioevo is a sham.
That's a testable assumption. Which of Darwin's four point of evolutionary theory has been refuted? Provide checkable sources. What do you have?
