Dave, the definition of teenager is the ages from 13 to 19. Are you referring to puberty instead? :chin
 
yes, I think you are referring to puberty, as teenage years are considered to be 13 to 19.

I think reaching puberty is hard to define. For most it happens gradually (at least to start off) and you might not notice it for a while. I don't think there's an exact time where you go "I've reached puberty!"
