I'm not positive, but I believed that Astronauts (Cosmonaut is such a better word) strapped themselves in to 'beds' on the shuttle and ISS so they wouldn't injure themselves or the equipment sleeping in a zero G environment. Not terribly difficult to strap yourself in and aim at Mecca. Even if you aren't geosynchronus it'll probably be close enough.

Definately magnetic boots. Velco and suction cups make distracting noises.
