Greetings,
My name is Saint. This is the first Christian forum I've ever joined up with, and I'm hoping it will be a good experience. I'm glad to see that we're not all necessarily evangelical, right-wing Republican Christians, so I know it'll be good to get some differing opinions on things.
As for me, I've been saved for about six years now. I go to a church that is affiliated with a group called the Christian Brethren, formerly Plymouth Brethren, or sometimes called "The Assemblies". I hate those names, though because people usually either think I'm somehow with the Amish or Assemblies of God, which we're not. I'm currently a third year student at community college pursuing undergraduate degrees in literature and education. I spent my first year of college at Emmaus Bible College doing work on a one year Bible Study Certificate.
I got married last October to the fine woman I met at that college, Katrina. I come from an unsaved family, but my brother has recently professed faith in Christ, and I baptized him a few weeks ago. I read a lot, and enjoy writing, but don't do a lot of it. I love philosophy, debating, and video games. Though, during the school year I really should avoid them.
I've been a member of two other forums, both related to the Final Fantasy gaming series, though that's rarely what we discussed. One, where I was a moderator, is now defunct
