Hey guys. I have had a few questions rattling through my head over the past few months and though I could see what you guys think.
can a wife be forgivin her sins by the husband?
The Bible says that the husband is the head of wife just like Christ is head of church and presents her pure and blameless. The original sin was commited by wife but not counted until husband also did it. Romans said that Adam was the first sinner which means Eve part in it was not counted? is that right?
And if the Bible compares our relationship with wife to the relationship between Christ and church, does that mean that hubby can cover wifes sins? The two are one flesh and it appears as if the sin from the body (wife) isnt or wasnt counted until the head of that body (husband) did it.
Ephesians 5:25-27 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her; 26 that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, 27 that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she should be holy and blameless.
