Here is a poem I wrote which I made into a song. It is about where God's love can be seen.
I CAN SEE YOUR LOVE
1. In the pallet of the ev'ning, streaked with fiery orange and red,
as the sun, its work completed, wends its weary way to bed,
and the light at last has dwindled to a single golden thread,
I can see your love, I can see your love.
2. In the dawning of a smile on a child's eager face, the encircling reassurance of a loved one's warm embrace, in a friendship that endures beyond the bounds of time and place, I can see your love, I can see your love.
In the In the dull, dry, rust-brown bloodstains on a tangled, thorny skein,
streaking down a pallid forehead through the perspiration's sheen,
and those welcoming and caring arms extended, taut and lean,
I can see your love, I can see your love.
3. In a cave hewed from the hill side, with an angel standing near
speaking words of startling comfort "Cast aside your doubt and fear,
for I know who you are seeking but he is no longer here!"
I can see your love, I can see your love.
I can see your love!
