It was posed in another topic on this forum that if you divorce and get married again, you are entering into adultry. I am not married yet, but I am engaged.
Matthew 5:31 & 32
31. It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement:
32. But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
I agree with you 100% that you shouldn't commit to a marriage then back out just because it gets hard. But these 2 scriptures are the words of Jesus Christ. My brother got a divorce due to his wife cheating on him. She has already entered into adultry whether or not she gets married again, but if he gets married again, does he? Jesus himself is giving permission to divorce due to fornication in the above referenced scriptures. What are your thoughts?

Then it becomes adultery.
