Change your diet immediatly. Do not have any fast food, soda, meat. Switch to a raw foods diet and drink gobs of water. Only eat that which grows and hasn't been processed, so no more frozen dinners, no more fast food, no more being lazy about your food. Do this for 2 weeks and monitor your results. I have been living with an inguinal hernia for about 4 years now, though it is very different from what you have, and I do fine.

Try my advice if you are adverse to jumping in and getting a surgery. Regardless of what you do, research your problem. Educate yourself and be informed. Find multiple sources. Look at medical, herbal, and asian treatments. Be responsible for yourself and don't just take anyone's word for absolute truth.
