But as much as I love my kitty Jessie I really missing having a dog. :sad Even when I've had dogs before they were so strong that if I tried to walk them they would be walking me. My dream dog would be having a beagle since I have loved them since I was a kid and I watched the movie Shiloh. :) Dog is God spelled backwards btw.

We had a beagle for a few months. We couldn't keep him in the yard! Neighbors a mile away would return him. One day he just never came back.

Yes I know that beagles have a tendency to run away, but of all the beagles that I have been around in my lifetime none of them ever did,.. my last cat did though unfortunately. :( Btw, have you been getting my error reports because you haven't been responding to them.

Sorry to hear about your cat. We have two and both are mostly outside cats. In the summer, we can go weeks without seeing them but they always pop up.
I lost touch with your errors. I'll check the thread now.

Thank you, I can't believe that it's been four years already since she broke out of the screen door and ran away. :sad However, the silver lining is that if Jasmine never would have run off, we probably would never have met Jessie because the only reason that we got her is because a friend of the family had too many cats that were beating up on her and she knew that we lost ours. Anyways, I'm still never going to lose hope of getting that dog I want. I bet that no matter how much of a tough guy you are, you wouldn't be able to watch this video without melting into a puddle of butter. :)

Oh and these are just bonus videos. :)

Let me know if you still have your manhood after you've finished watching them. :lol

Ok, I had to watch that last video because those kittens look like the younger version of one of my cats (who I got when he was already an adult). The sound of kittens meowing though immediately freaked out both of my cats. LOL :)

Yeah, both of the cats I've had did exactly the same thing lol! :lol

Sorry you lost one cat but glad you have another. Sometimes when I watch people (here in our senior park) out walking their dogs I wish I had one, yet my kitty and I are constant and devoted companions. When my girl kitty, Janni, died 5 years ago it was hard as we were so very attached. But in a surprising way ( a story for another thread sometime) God provided another wonderful girl, a Maine Coon Cat, who was a rescue from an animal rescue place about 75 miles south of here. She was found wandering the streets all dirty, forlorn, and sick. The lady who ran the clinic cleaned her up, loved her, and took her to a vet. So she was fine when I got her. I had seen her photo on line and inquired. Right away the lady who owned the clinic was willing to bring her here to me to see if I might like her. (75 miles) She did and so the new girl was mine to "check out" for a week or two until I decided. It didn't take me long to decide. What a sweet cat! She is so calm and laid back that she doesn't even run when I get out the vacuum cleaner. In April we have been together 5 years.

Every time I've had to say goodbye to a dog or cat I say I will never get another one. The longest I lasted was six months. Two cats let me live here .I love them to bits.

Btw, both cats that I've had reacted in exactly the same way. :lol It's like they're thinking; "okay so where are you hiding those things?" LOL! XD! :rofl2
