As you know, many of my posts make no sense and have to do with the outer planes, arcane and divine spells, etc. But, I looked on other forums such as the Counter Strike, Game FAQS, Sci-fi, and about 10 others to go see if they had any the people there had any sense in them at all... It must of been how everyone here spells "you", "you", and they spell "you" ,"u"... Or it's how the conversations here make you think about life, and the mind numbing, intelligence draining, conversations others have make you want to hurt yourself... So I just wanted to tell everyone here that God has showed me how horrible the internet really is, and how I love everyone on here

And just so ya know, I liked everyone since the beginning, this just reinforced my principles...

I think I know what you are saying.(If I am not, you can correct me) I loath to admit it, but bad grammar and spelling has been driving me nuts lately. You are right, the folks on this board usually have good or even great grammar, and decent spelling. I hate u for you and ppl for people. I never correct anyone because everyone on those other boards (that are not Christian boards) expect you to be P. C. (What folks call political correctness also drives me crazy, but I won't get into that) (I just did a spell check and u,ppl, P. C. were the ones that were misspelled, :wink: )

I agree…conversing is good, life is good, thinking is good, love is good… conversations can get confrontational though, life can suck sometimes, thinking can get warped but love never fails…. 8-)

I have not had the same experience as you describe on the net, Dalen. I was only on one other board besides this one before I came here, and I left there because they hated me, and I needed to rest from it after being there over a year. They were intelligent, and kind, but their kindness for me stopped at widowhood. It was a widow board, and as a believer I was an unwelcome site for many there. Anyway, I was there nearly two years, and left because my very presence offended, and hurt, some a great deal. The expressions of the heart, and the sharing of ideas, desires, and pain from a believer's standpoint can be extremely offensive to those in the world...even if you do not want it to be. Many who have endured horrible tragedy in their families, blame God. Others just consider "Christian" faith a crutch, and a very "intolerant" choice in the life of an individual.

I enjoy this board because it is set aside for believers, but I love those unbelievers that post here too. I think there is a nice harmony on this board, even in the more controversial areas. Overall, people are respectful, full of humor, and very loving, and I enjoy coming here to talk about my life with God, and grow in Him though His Word, and Spirit, sharpened by others here. The Lord bless all of you, and I love you all as well.

I for one love this board as well. I only wish I had found it years ago.
I used to visit the Crosswalk.com forum as well as worthyboards. They are both ok, but really this is the place to be. I don't visit those others any more.
As for the spelling, what I have found works for me is one of two ways.
If I am writing out an explanation or explaining a verse I will type It out on WORD so I can then check my grammer. If its something quick, then I just type on the forum. I also have the bad habbit od spped typing and as a result when I do that I mis-spell words.
